Robin Diangelo "White Fragility"

Leadership Austin hosted a "Courageous Conversations BEYOND DIVERSITY" training that discussed "White Fragility". Charter for Compassion also promotes this book by hosting a webinar for the author, Robin Diangelo.
Robin Diangelo explains that white people live in a social environment that is racially insulated. While the insulation builds upon our racial comfort, it also lowers our stamina for enduring racial stress. The lack of stamina is referred to as "White Fragility".
